I’m not a therapist. I’m not a life coach. I’m someone who’s lived through it.
I’m a single mom. A survivor. A woman who’s had to rebuild herself more times than I can count.
I created Come As You Are because I know what it feels like to be drowning and still expected to show up like everything’s fine.
This space is everything I wish existed when I needed help—a place where healing is human, not clinical.
No judgment. No shame. Just honesty, growth, and people who get it.
I don’t want to save people. I want them to know they never needed fixing in the first place.
Welcome to the space I built for the real ones.
Come As You Are was born from lived experience. After surviving deep trauma, grief, and the weight of single parenthood, our founder knew healing had to feel more human. This isn’t therapy—it’s community.
Built for the ones who’ve been overlooked, dismissed, or told to “just get over it,” this is a space to be messy, honest, and real. We’re here because we needed this too.
We believe healing should feel like home—not like paperwork. At Come As You Are, we don’t ask you to be fixed, perfect, or put-together. We believe in showing up messy, tired, angry, grieving, confused—and still being worthy of support. Healing is not linear, and it shouldn’t be lonely. We live by honesty, community, and radical compassion. No masks, no judgment. Just real people, holding space for real healing.
At Come As You Are, we offer real support for real people—no fluff, no filters.
We meet you where you are—whether you’re in survival mode or slowly rebuilding.
